How does it work?

As a client, we would love to talk to you and invite you for a cup of coffee! We look forward to learning more about your company, your drivers and the mission you are pursuing. During this conversation, we will delve deeper into your specific needs and questions. We will discuss what type of person would fit well in your team and what definitely does not fit your culture. Together, we make sure we find the right match!

Step 1:

Apply via the registration form on the “Clients” page.

Step 2:

Let’s make an appointment for a cup of coffee or tea. We would like to get to know you and your company better. With us, it’s all about the people and the match, not the money! During this conversation, we will tell you right away whether we have suitable candidates available and what the chances are of finding the right match.

Step 3:

We will make an overview of your wishes and put them on paper. After your approval, we are happy to receive your signature.

Step 4:

We will get to work! Soon you will receive several profiles of candidates from which you can make the best choice.

Step 5:

Time for an conversation! We schedule a meeting with the potential employee and make sure we are there so that the conversation is valuable for both parties.

Step 6:

Is there an match? Great! We will make an overview of your wishes and put them on paper. After your approval, we are happy to receive your signature.
